A 26 pip loser on cable:

Folks, on Sunday I received the following from the system’s author.
“Hi Arthur,
Just had another look at the cashmaster blog for s and m. Maybe I have made a mistake ,but I made over 65 pts profit yesterday … Perhaps you could let me see your results for yesterday so i can check them.”
What followed was an, erm, lively debate (!!) between the author, Graham and me about how to interpret the system’s rules. It transpires that I have not interpreted the rules correctly, so I have to trawl through the data and redo the results. As there are masses of data to wade through, this is going to take a day or two, so there won’t be any updates until this process is completed.
Further, both Graham and I misunderstood some advice given by the author with respect to when to place the bets. Bets must be placed before the actual OFF (the author recommends roughly 10 seconds), which is more or less scenario 2 as this was 30 seconds before the actual OFF. Hence, it makes no sense to continue to analyse scenarios 3 and 4, both of which are post-OFF scenarios, and therefore, these will not be included in the new analysis.
Very sorry folks.
Arthur
