8 weeks of this service now, time to bring the trial to a close. I’m sorry the results haven’t been good because I have been impressed with the author’s efforts to make his system work.

For example, during December, when it was apparent that the results weren’t as hoped, he modified his method and started to send out mails 15 minutes before the start, to confirm or cancel a selection and this undoubtedly saved many a disaster. However, this means that the service has to be monitored throughout the day, so now it can no longer be handled by a bot, or someone with a day job.

Still, there are plenty of people who can manage this, so what matters are the results. Is it profitable? Unfortunately, I have to say it isn’t. The system accepts lays of up to 14.5 odds and while the majority of selections are well below this, a winner at 13.8 on 9th January dealt it a severe blow. It has been fighting back since then and has since clawed back over half the deficit in the last three weeks. However, it has lost money steadily, so I don’t have much choice in rating it. The strike rate has been good at around 80% but, like most laying systems at level stakes, this needs to be in the mid-Eighties to make a profit and few have managed it in my experience.

A Failed rating, therefore, but maybe with possibilities. I wouldn’t mind re-visiting this service in a month or so to see if results have taken a turn for the better.

Another silent week, no selections. The author has suspended subscriptions until the system starts to picks some selections. He tells me that it is purely a mathematical process, so he can’t tinker with it to produce more bets.

For the time being it has to go down as a Failed system. Maybe when the selections are flowing again, we can pick up the trial and see how it actually performs.

There were seventeen selections today. The only problem was that they were all at Doncaster, which following the abandonment, meant a no not day today.

There isn’t one! I logged on this morning and my membership has lapsed. Fair enough, I wasn’t paying for it anyway! However, it does mean that the trial of this service has finished.

We’re slowly moving into profit with the combined GBP/USD and EUR/USD trades. However, it’s disappointing compared to the profits I’ve seen in the past from these trades. After saying that we’re 42% up on the account with the combined profits in the 4 week period, which has got to be pretty good by anybody’s standards.

Friday 29th January

It looked like I was going to have a loser this morning as the trade reversed shortly after entering but fortunately it didn’t go to the recent low and turned back again to make the 20 pips by 8.15.

Another good week for this system. Nearly two grand in two weeks at £10 a pip.

Well, we made the 20 pip scalp easy enough. What’s interesting though is the profit from leaving it to run all day. If I placed an order to close at 4.30 I would have made 116 pips profit!
