I started yesterday’s first sequence with a bet on the first qualifying race. Part way through I was interrupted and missed a bet. If it had been a winning bet it would have messed up the sequence, but it lost. I regarded that as good news, as in theory it increased the chances of finding a winner before the end of the sequence. Unfortunately, for the second time in three days, there were no winners and the bank took another substantial hit. It now stands at less than 50% of the starting bank.
My initial reaction was to compare the day’s results with games involving soldiers (amongst other things), but I then remembered to check whether there were sufficient races to allow for another sequence. It turned out that there weren’t and I can’t say I was too upset.
RESULTS Day 3 – Friday 2 March
