I was a little short of time at the weekend and there havn’t been many qualifying games this week so far, so this is a catch up of the games I traded since my last post.

I’m unsure whether the Stoke v Spurs game would have qualified. I was up all Saturday night watching the boxing and conked out half way through Sunday. I checked the criteria about an hour before kick-off and it was NOT a bet at that point but it was pretty close. The rules of the system say to check as close to kick-off time as possible, so it may have come into range by then and if it did it would have been quite a big loss.

Our first proper losing bet and it does prove one of my fears about this system to be correct. One of the bets you place is called the “Insurance Bet” and true to the nature of insurance, it costs you money while things are going well and does not pay back enough when they go wrong.
One of the better aspects of the system is that you are strongly advised to close all bets at half time. It does say you can stay in for part of the second half if you really want to but it’s best not to. That was good advise for tonight as the loss would have been far greater had I stayed in til the 65-70 min mark.
Another more serious worry about this method is the liquidity in one of the markets used. It’s not great even on the big league games. I’ve been using £10 Lays and it’s fine for that but I think you’d struggle to get large bets on and stay within price range.
