Final Review
For 4 months I have been testing this football service by Matt Houghton. You are sent bets every Tuesday and Thursday with bets to place and the email also contains previous results. Once set up the emails are always sent to you on time without fail.
On to results for 4 months to £10 level stakes the £500 starting bank finishes at £363.10 a total loss over the last 4 months of £136.90. As the majority of bets are odds on you need a high strike rate but this system fails to hit that mark.
After 4 months of testing this will have to go down as failed.

Over the last few week there has been a total of 14 bets with 7 winners and 7 loser meaning a small loss to level stakes.
2 week loss= -£10.30
£500 starting bank now stands at £363.10
After 4 months of testing I will be writing a final review on the service shortly.

Scoring for Profit
Hello my name is Michael. I love the game of football and always keep a look out for any systems. I was intrigued by Scoring for Profit by Gary Fonzy.
Gary won the Betfair world cup 2010 forum competition using this system. The system uses games shown on TV and you place your bets 30mins before the game starts. Its very straightforward and will take a maximum of 5mins per game to find the selection.
As there are games most days , I will report back on any that fit the criteria. I will be placing bets for £10 on every selection.

On Tuesday I monitored 4 games of which 3 passed the selection process.

Betfair Success Formula
I’m going to be recording the results for the Betfair Success Formula.
It’s a very easy to use trading method that requires bets to be placed on two Betfair markets pre-game, you then look to close all trades at half time.
The e-book is quite thin on detail and most of it is taken up with examples of profitable trades. The sales page shows results to $50 lays, the book mainly uses $30 but, to be honest, with a max advised lay price of 8.00 those stakes are going to be a bit rich for most people to start with. I’m not keen on books that talk about laying in terms of Stake, they really should make clear that your Liability is what you stand to lose if things go wrong. But in this case they always refer to Stake even when dealing with odds-on prices of sub 1.80, so it’s swings and roundabouts I suppose.
You are advised to take on only 1, or at most 2, games a day and to stick to the major league and cup competitions for liquidity reasons.
So I’ll be recording results to £10 Lays using the recommended max odds of 8.00 (so max liability £70) and will give my net profit/loss for each game attempted. Commission has been deducted from all figures given.
I had a couple of practice goes over the weekend and it went pretty much to plan, so went live with it this evening.

So a winning start and it was pretty much stress free easy trade out at half-time. In the book the author suggests using trading software and recommends one that you have to pay for however they do also give the names of other free tools that will do the job just as well and they even show you the maths of how to do it yourself. I just use betcalc to do it for me.

Houghton’s Hot Bets
Over the last 2 weeks we there have been 10 bets with 4 winning and 6 losers meaning a total loss in 2 weeks of just £3.25 to £10 level stakes.
2 Weeks loss =-£3.25
£500 starting bank =£373.40
A poor start to the season for this service and would take a huge turnaround to even get the bank level again at £500 but time will tell.
