Each Way

We have now had 4 weeks of this service and 28 bets on 17 betting days. Not much to say about the last week, 9 selections at half stakes, 2 were winners and 2 others were placed (all bets are E/W). The result was a small loss again so we are still waiting for the dawn of profit.

Although we have suffered a bit of a loss so far, previous results indicate that despite several losing months, the service has been profitable overall and I do believe that Andrew is delivering a genuine service which is likely to show a profit. It’s unfortunate that this trial has run over the seasonal changeover from the Flat to NH because this can upset the best of systems. It being a backing system, there are no nasty surprises such as can hit you when laying and the place element does help to limit losses. I don’t honestly expect it to make thousands a week but long-term I believe it can be profitable.

However, a loss is a loss, so I can’t give it an Approved rating immediately, it will have to be Neutral for now. I think it’s worth monitoring for another few weeks though, to see if it recovers its form when the NH season gets thoroughly underway, so I will report further.

Only 4 selections in the last week, a very quiet period. Of these, one was a small winner and one a loser and two placers, so the bank hasn’t really moved. We should get more action and hopefully, some profit when the season gets under way properly. For the moment then, the results are:
