Tennis Trading League

11th October 2013 – Day 45

Eugenie Bouchard vs Barbora Zahlavova-Strycova
Advice – Back Bouchard
Bouchard lost her serve twice in the first set, which was lost 2:6. She also had three break points against her in winning the very first game of the match. I feel certain that the stop loss would have been brought into action here.

Madison Keys vs Jie Zheng
Advice – Back Keys
Zheng lost her serve in the opening game of the match. After this, Keys was never behind, so a straightforward win.

Samantha Stosur vs Misaki Doi
Advice – Back Stosur
Doi only won one game in the first set, but this didn’t happen until the sixth game. As Stosur was a very warm favourite before the match, another win without any cause for concern.

Juan Martin Del Potro vs Nicolas Almagro
Lay Del Potro at 1.48 (Achieved 1.46)
Back at 1.70
Stop Loss at 1.23
TRADE LOST

This is a horse tipping service brought to you from the chaps over at Betting Automation whose other main product is the excellent Racing Synergy software.

If you are not already familiar with Racing Synergy, it is a software based on Neil Smith’s original Value Horse Method, produced back in 2004. I’ve met Neil personally and can vouch for his method completely. It’s well known that you will always make a profit from racing if you bet on value selections and Neils original VHM and the following Racing Synergy software has proven that every single year since then, raking in impressive profits without fail.

So what is this new service?

Of course, it’s again rooted in betting on value selections, but concentrating on betting each way, using all the possible bookies to get the best price possible.

The core principles of value that are utilised in Racing Synergy still apply, however we can enjoy some additional benefits with this “companion” method. To begin with, we can place straight each-way bets without nearly half as many ups and downs in our betting bank compared to basic win singles betting. Secondly, we encounter considerably less problems with bookmaker restrictions and closures. You see, these value each-way bets just aren’t as obvious as their win single counterparts and so you’ll find it much easier to keep one step ahead of the bookmakers.

Whether you are already successfully betting win singles with Racing Synergy or using some other method, the Value Horse Selections Service can most definitely add another profitable dimension to your betting.

On joining the service you are given a login to a members area and a betting guide. The service runs as follows…

Between 12pm and 2pm you log in to the members area where the bets appear live. When a bet appears you use an odds comparison site to find what bookie is offering the best odds and you immediately back it each way. When the bet is given, the best available odds are listed plus the minimum odds you should take, so if the odds fall below the minimum figure given before you place your bet then it’s a no bet.

Once you’ve placed your bet you quickly go back to the members area and refresh your browser to see if any more bets have appeared, which they generally have. Often there are several bets in each race.

Advice is also given to reduce the highs and lows of value betting. Losing runs are to be expected when backing value selections so to avoid long drawdowns you have the option of laying off “between 70%-80%” of your bet on Betfair before the off.

Results will of course vary because this is each way betting, and I monitored how this service does over a few months just doing the straight each way backing, without laying off.

The results are impressive:

vhss-results

In just over three months, from June 21st 2013 up until October 3rd 2013, the each way bets have yielded a net profit of £9600.65 to £25 e/w stakes.

Needless to say, this service is Approved.

This has been a useful trial period for demonstrating two striking features of this professional betting approach:

1. By repeatedly applying a proven mathematical advantage over time we always pull ahead in the LONG RUN.

2. During a short term bad spell the vast majority of amateur punters cannot cope and will quit (often with a loss). The middle portion of the results graph shows exactly where this can occur.

For those bettors who have the appropriate long-term attitude and mind-set, VHSS will prove to be a valuable addition to any betting armoury. They offer both a daily and weekend-only selections service to suit all circumstances. The latter has proved to be very popular with those clients who cannot bet during the week due to work commitments.

For a limited time only, they are allowing users to try VHSS for a week for just £12. Simply select the daily service on their purchase page and you will see a new option below the “regular” monthly plan. This is the perfect opportunity for users to test the service without committing to a full month from day one.

Russell Gibbs

Russell is back on form after a difficult summer and made significant profits last month for his subscribers, the highlight of which was three winning bets on 28th September advised as a Trixie bet. The month ended 39.4 points in profit or £394 to £10 stakes. On the laying side, the service produced an £80 profit to £100 fixed liabilities, so a good month all round.

Tennis Trading League

10th October 2013 – Day 44

Today’s Early morning trades..

Madison Keys vs Shuai Zhang
Advice – Back Keys
Just the one break of serve in the first set – Zhang, with Keys winning the set 6:4, and going onto take the second 6:0, and a straightforward winning trade.

Kimiko Date-Krumm vs Misaki Doi
Advice – Back Date-Krumm
Doi was broken twice, in the very first game as well as the ninth, only to break Date-Krumm immediately afterwards. With Date-Krumm being the favourite, I would think that the exit point would have been reached with the second break if not the first.

Jo-Wilfried Tsonga vs Kei Nishikori
Back Tsonga at 1.62

Stop Loss at 2.70
TRADE LOST
Loss: £4.00

Just as a final comment on yesterday’s trades. Patrick advised a Back Heavy on the match between Fognini & Seppi vs Gong & Li. A Back Heavy match is advised as a stake of 30% of your bank.

I followed the match until Fognini and Seppi went a break up in the first set, at which point the odds dropped to where the exit point was. They lost the second set 0:6, but were never behind in the match after that break in the first set.

I looked at how much had been matched at or above 1.36 (the entry odds advised). A grand total of £25 had been matched at 1.36 or higher.

I advised that the trade was void, as the entry point had not been met, I checked the odds a few minutes after Patrick’s email arrived.

On Patrick’s results, he advised that the trade won easily. Quite true, IF you had got matched at the odds advised. I would be very interested to hear from anyone that did get matched at those odds.
