Matchday Profits

I have been getting these bets for a few weeks and will start blogging the results from today.

All bets are on football, across various markets, from corners to number of goals scored.

Each bet is given to 10 points, and a quick check gives January to date as achieving +42 points, but of course this is to each bet being 10 points, so, level stakes +4.2 points

The Bet Plan

Not the update I was hoping for this week!

I am afraid the £200 ratchet bank has gone this week, after more seconds!

I will carry on giving the level stake results, which I am hoping will turn around soon

level stakes-16.82 points

Profitable Lays

Day 42 – 21 January:  Today -6.12 points.
Day 43 – 22 January:  Today 0.87 points. Total 13.67 points.

Overall Strike Rate is 53.55% with average odds of 2.94.
Overall return to £10 stakes is £45.53 and to £25 stakes is £113.81.

Folks, I know there was racing between 22nd and 29th December, but because I don’t get the printed version of the Racing Post I did not track these events. Apparently I have therefore ignored some 11.13 points of profit which makes the figures above look even better!

The day’s bets get partially put up on their blog after the email goes out. The exact details of the bet are obviously kept hidden but you do get to see which competition the game is in.

I’m a little confused about today’s email. We receive an email each day and when there is a bet advised the mail starts by saying “Bet A” and then gives details of the bet. Well today the email started by saying “Bet B” and gave the Arsenal v Man Utd details. I went over to his blog to check that yesterday’s loss had been registered correctly (it had) and noticed that there were 2 separate “Private Picks” listed whereas I had only been supplied with 1.

The bets have now been made public and they are both the same, Man Utd (+0).

I had already emailed the owners this morning to ask if I had missed out on a selection email and have not heard back yet, but I then scrolled back through the previous results and the last 2 times that there was been a losing bet the following day’s bet appeared twice. This strongly suggests that when Bet B is advised you are to double the stake in order to recover the previous loss. It cannot be any attempt to make profits look more impressive as it clearly states all details of the bets and they are identical.

I have been back through everything I have received since starting the trial and can find no instructions about doubling up after a loss. I had previously assumed that Bet A was quoted in emails for the benefit of days when there was more than one selection.

So I’ll report back when I hear from the owner about the double bets but will leave our rolling totals the same as I’m sure all new members to his service would have been as in the dark as I was.

Trade 4X Pro

There have been some slight changes to the way this is traded, with some new indicators. I am still looking at a 40 pip per day target, and the cash-masters standard £10 per pip still applies. However, there is also a change to Roz’s staking method. As I am going for 40 pips per day I am going to use 4% risk. This requires a recalculation of the first weeks profit total which was based on 2% risk as follows:

Week 1 total: 172 pips for £1,720 at £10 per pip, or £172.00 using Roz’s stake plan, 40 pips per day,  4% risk  and a £1,000 starting balance. Week 2 will use £1.17 per pip.

I will also be using 1:1 risk/reward for 1 minute entries and 2:1 for 15 minute entries.

Week 2

Happily able to trade more than I feared :)

I stopped trading early on Friday as I was struggling a bit with a cluster headache, Roz says she doesn’t trade Friday afternoons, and pip target for the week has been exceeded anyways..

Week 2 total: 219 pips for £2,190 at £10 per pip, or £260.91 using Roz’s stake plan, 40 pips per day, 4% risk and a £1,000 starting balance. Next week using Roz’s stake plan I will trade at £1.43 per pip.

Overall total: 391 pips for £3,910 at £10 per pip, or £432 using Roz’s stake plan.

Usual caveats apply:

Trading ForEx is discretionary; I’ll see trades other people won’t and miss trades that they take. We all read the market differently.

Your results will be different from mine. I have had an exceptionally good week, many others did not.

Bet Mentor

I have been told by one of our readers (thanks Matt) that he has been advised by the tipster that bets should be 10% of starting bank. As usual I had emailed the owner with a question just to make sure you get a response but I had only asked about timing of the bets.

Yesterday’s bet was another PUSH and was very unlucky as the goal that foiled the bet came in injury time at the end of the game. Again, I found a bookie on oddschecker offering higher than the price advised in his email.

Inter (-1) v Genoa @ 1.69 (188Bet) = PUSH (stake returned)

STARTING BANK £100

CURRENT BANK £109.70
