CD Racing is a horse racing tipster costing £34.99 per month with a reduced cost for longer subscription. For this you get an email and SMS text message with the day’s selections.

Tips are sent between 6pm – 9pm each night via text message or can be accessed via the members’ area on the website and an email is also sent as a backup. Full write-ups are available on all selections along with reports. Further there are recommendations on betting amounts. The tips are a mixture of each way and win bets. A 100 point bank is recommended so you’d need £1,000 to bet at the CashMaster standard of £10 per point. I note that Tipsters Empire suggest that stakes are increased by 50% when the bank increases by 50%

Unfortunately, this trial has coincided with a run of poor results and I haven’t seen the growth that the website shows before the trial started. In the end the trial ended 8.2 points up, £82 to the cash-master standard £10 per point. This doesn’t cover the subscription cost.

BSP was worse with a loss of 23.62 points (ÂŁ-236). Therefore, this does appear to be a bookmaker focused service, and therefore it is vital that you place the bets as soon as the text/email.

Based on the trial I am going to classify as this as neutral. I do hope that the service returns to solid, steady growth.
