I’ve been reviewing Goal King for the last 4 months. I added an extra month to act as a kind of tie-breaker.
This is a football backing service. You receive selections by email, usually once a week on a Friday. There have been the odd midweek group of bets on busy weeks.
The bets have been a mix of Under/Overs, and BTTS Yes/NO selections. There’s been a few Asian Handicaps and a couple of Win To Nil bets but they have been few and far between
Admin-wise, it’s all pretty positive. The emails are always on time, they are always clear and easy to read, the prices quoted are easily beatable with a little shopping around. They update their sales page monthly with correct results. The membership fees are pretty cheap, ÂŁ14.95 a month, with a special annual offer of ÂŁ67. The only fly in the ointment to this part of the service is their habit of listing bets in a weird order, they’re not in date order or bet type order, which means you have to jump up and down the list when copying over to your own records. It’s a little thing, but it’s annoying. As is the stipulation that you should have a 200 point bank but every single bet is advised at 5 points, so it’s actually a 40 point bank. Irritating, but hardly a hanging offence.
When it comes to performance, we’ve been up a bit – down a bit – up a bit more – down – up – aaaaaannnnd relax. Back where we started.
The Figures
BETS 178
WINS 98
S/R 55.06%
AV ODDS 1.8
P/L +6.4 points (ÂŁ64 at ÂŁ10 a point)
After 4 months subs deducted, we’re left with about ÂŁ5.
DETAILED RESULTS FOR GOAL KING

Hi Liam, how is the tennis profit tool test going? I want to buy it, but I don’t know if it’s worth it.
Hi Victor
I’ll have an update posted in the next few days but the short answer is not great to level stakes, significantly better when using the staking plans. TBH, I’m not overly keen on that part, to my mind staking plans should enhance a good system, not be the difference between profit and loss. A seriously bad run of results will see staking plans take a big tumble.
