I am sending this sooner than usual as we have an early kick-off tomorrow over in Japan for one leg of our double (6.30am kick-off).  For our NAP we head to France’s Ligue 2 where both Tours and Lens have been scoring and conceding more than expected for a traditionally tight league.  Tours’ 4 home games this season have all seen both sides scoring and Lens have scored 6 and conceded 8 in their 4 away games so far.  Both to score looks on the cards and 10/11 looks a touch of value.

10pt win with Ladbrokes

Tours v Lens (France Ligue 2) both teams to score @10/11 WON (3-1) +9.09pts

In the Japanese J League 2, Tokyo Verdy take on JEF United Chiba in a game that looks wide open.  11 of Verdy’s last 12 games have seen both sides scoring and that includes the last 5 in a row.  At home they have been shut out just 3 times in 17 home games played in 2013.  Visitors Chiba arrive having scored at least one goal in 24 of their last 25 matches.  Both teams to score has paid out in the last 3 meetings between these sides and the 7/10 looks value to me.  Finally, in Denmark’s Superliga, home side Vestsjaelland will do well to keep out an Esbjerg side who have scored in all 11 of their competitive games this year.  The home side have made a decent start and have scored 5 goals in their last 3 home matches, winning two and drawing one.  Again both teams to score is a decent price @17/20.

My Findings:

A little bit of a strange situation with the Nap bet. When the email arrived last night, I made my usual checks on the prices available and found all was ok.

This morning I went through the coupons and made my own picks for today’s bets and, without any thought to this service’s advice, included a BTTS bet on Tours in a treble with St Pauli & Espanyol. I looked on oddschecker for the best price and found Ladbrokes was the highest for the treble. When I went to their website I found they were not offering a market for that bet on the Tours game. However, if I clicked tshe price on the oddschecker Bet Basket and then returned to Ladbrokes own site, the bet was included. Very strange indeed but the bet was accepted by Ladbrokes and has now been settled as a winning bet.

None of this has any bearing on the service as the bet was available last night and I only relay it as an odd situation as anyone following the trial would have met the same confusion.
