I started this review at the beginning of December 2019 and was initially very impressed with the whole set up and the ambition of the company. After three months of daily payments, and withdrawals, I was just about to give this a thumbs up when they changed everything so significantly that I decided to start an entirely new review to reflect the new strategy.
That was four weeks ago and now they have changed everything completely again. However this time they have effectively stolen 95% of the funds I deposited without providing any of the service I paid for.
They are in the process of removing all their YouTube videos and I suspect this is the beginning of an exit scam. Whether they remain or not is irrelevant, as they have shown themselves to be untrustworthy and receive an obvious Failed rating.
I lost 2500 on this.

I see Polaris Universal LTD is not registered FCA as an investment company, “correct me if I’m wrong” they should have a licence? Chin up mate… what goes around comes around….their day will come!
Hi Graham, Just wondering after what has happened how confident you are on Passive expert and if the same could happen in years time? Have you seen the venture they are invested in to make the returns for investors?
Hi, it’s a completely different business model and diversified across a wide variety of paying platforms so the only way it could fail would be for all of the platforms to disappear. Since Lee is constantly investigating new opportunities, and diversifying the fund into new ones all the time, it’s very unlikely, in my opinion, that this could simply shut up shop like MPT.
Also, to be clear, Passive Expert isn’t an investment program and doesn’t guarantee any returns. The cash back is simply a bonus, but it’ll be paid for as long as profits are made from the portfolio.
