As you will no doubt remember we stopped the trial of this service at Paul’s request on 20/11/08 due to the poor run of form he was experiencing. Paul stated that he had never had a run like it before and wanted us to restart in the middle of the jumps season so that we could see what the service was capable of under normal conditions. A full explanation can be read in my blog entry for 20/11. I have been chcecking Paul’s website daily since the start of this month and today is the first day that the weather has allowed him out and about for a race meeting.
As with the original test, I will be recording results to industry standard S.P. in order to be fair to readers who place bets through normal bookmaker services or who are unable to watch prices during the day. It is of course worth bearing in mind that returns are usually higher if early prices or betting exchange services are taken advantage of and therefore the figures I record can be taken on worst case scenario basis.
Due to the delay in restarting caused by the poor weather I will be running the test through to mid February.
