I managed to get sidetracked today and failed to get any bets on.  Consequently, I have taken my prices from the site.  They have a page with a screenshot of the (online) betting slips and these are posted before racing begins.

Each day I am taking 10% of the bank and rounding to the nearest pound to give the size of my stake.  While this is an accurate way of recording – short of staking to the nearest penny – BOG bookies might get suspicious and treat this as arbitrage (unlikely with more than three outcomes, but bookies appear to take the view that if it walks like an aardvaak and swims like an aardvaak its probably a duck).  Assuming a starting bank of £1000 or more, rounding to the nearest £5 is probably advisable.
