Abandonment of review

Unfortunately the email tips for this service have stopped coming and I am getting zero response from customer service, so I have no option but to abandon the review.

This is a real shame because this is a service which has been showing decent profits and reports the results to Betfair SP less 5% commission, so EVERYBODY who has access to Betfair can get those prices.

When it WAS running smoothly, the tips were sent nice and early by email (previous evening). Selections were given as either 1pt or 2 pt win only bets. There were 51 bets at 1pt and 8 bets at 2pts including one non runner for each. The 2pt bets were very profitable with 4 of them winning at decent odds, with 9 winners from the 1 pt bets. In the short period of the review (just over a month), the service made a profit of a tad under 60 points, though it must be noted that 37 of those points came on one bet!

So I’m really disappointed that this service hasn’t been able to get its house in order. You’ll see from reader comments that it’s not just me. I imagine that it’s the agency rather than the author at fault, and if I’m right I can only hope that he resurfaces either off his own bat, or with a different agency.

I’m very reluctant to put this in the ‘failed’ category for obvious reasons, but I have no alternative.
