The service resumed yesterday and provided a number of trading signals on GBP/USD. Following last week’s email from the service providers I decided to start the trial again with a trading bank of £5000. The advice is to never risk more than 3% of the bank on any one trade, so the £/pip stake for any trade can be calculated by dividing the 3% risk by the stop size.

For example, if the number of pips to risk is 50 and the bank stands at £5000, we would risk 3% x £5000 = £150, giving a stake of £3/pip.

Yesterday there was a 58 pip loss at £2/pip, giving a starting loss of £116.
